Is no one concerned about Blitz?

Not trying to make a QQ/complain thread, although it's going to come out as one and be perceived as such. But is no one at all concerned with Blitz's alarmingly high win rate when taking his high pick rate into consideration? He's been buffed constantly, over and over again, despite having the most powerful, game-changing kit. Now I'm seeing him in the majority of my matches, and it feels like I've lost against most of them as well. Even if they play extremely awful in lane, all they have to do is land one pull that counts and changes the game entirely for the team.

I mean, he has a pull that basically stuns you during travel. A knock up, and followed by a silence ensuring and nearly guaranteeing you wont be escaping him easily. His mana costs aren't even that high anymore either, unless you're blatantly abusing your cooldowns instead of expending them wisely. His ult has such a high base damage as well, on top of a high ap scaling and a short cooldown as well as aoe mini-silence.

Yeah, I'm QQing I guess. But this champion is too frustrating to play against and it sucks that the player doesn't have to be amazing with him to do so well.
