She has %health true damage so she beats tanks
She has a 50% Attack Speed Slow so she beats damage champs (That's a stronger AS slow than wither btw)

fiora is supposed to be a strong 1v1 champion. she can beat anyone who doesn't have either extreme damage, range, or some kind of outplay potential.
even mundo has to make a break for it when she shows up in top-lane in mid-game.
to be honest i hate that champion. i want fiora to die as much as the next guy, but she is supposed to be a duelist.
the biggest drawback as far as i can see is she's not a splendid teamfighter, and certain comps can make her life hard

In a 1v1 she is eventually supposed to counter almost everyone.
In lane, it's going to depend on champion. She generally counters tanks, but Malphite beats her. Pantheon is a damage top laner who counters her. Kennen also beats her.
But none of that matters here. Enjoy your crybaby thread about a champion who isn't doing particularly good right now.
She is supposed to beat anyone 1v1. Thats her design. To be best duelist.
