New conqueror stats
It gives very little AD. Its 10-30 AD only if full stacked but they increased the healing from 8% to 15%.
Seems fair

Conquer came about because Bruisers did 0 damage for like 1/2 years, especially to tanks. I think Conquer needed tweaks because of abusers like Jax and trynd but this will make them hard-useless.
