Never understanding how veig is ":balanced"

Just cant say i find balance in a 2.5k damage dealing ult by itself. Not only that but it scales off missing health. Meaning sorry yasuo, zed talon and every other ad counter, sucks to be you because if you get caught, you go down the drain

Also your understanding is incorrect.

If you ult a mundo with 5k hp when he has 20 hp left, it technically did 20 dmg.

But shows 3k or something stupid. the same happens with garen ult. Stop complaining saying the ult did that much. If that were the case Veigar would be One shotting with JUST ult which DOES NOT HAPPEN.

Edit: Executes all show ridiculous damage.
