Simple Sejuani Changes to make her feel more like a "Leader".

Passive Reworked

Sejuani Gains FROST ARMOR when she CC's enemy champions now for the duration of the CC (Includes Slows). Base Armor and MR Lowered to 20/40/60 from 20/60/100.

This seems like the most obvious change. Why the fuck does a tanky brawling leader with a FUCKING ICE BOAR want to skirmish? She wants to charge in and fuck shit up.

E - Reworked

It's too similar to her ult except more reliable point and click and has no cooldown. Let's change this.

Winter's Calling

Sejuani passively marks enemy champions that herself and her allies deal damage to.

Sejuani can activate this ability to slow all enemy champions that are marked for a few seconds. Sejuanis allies who basic attack these enemies while they are slowed will deal bonus max health damage.

R - Buffed

We've shaved off power elsewhere in her kit -- now lets give her the shining tool of her existence back.

The bola will still stun the initial enemy and create the slowing zone, but after the zone explodes, it stuns all enemies inside for the same duration.

This gives counterplay to her ultimate (Riot's Boner) while still letting her be an absolute powerhouse with her team.

If they're slowed, anybody can catch them really. Scaling off the victim like her current E but more reliable. Maybe just make it so only melee champs can apply the max hp damage.

It's not being caught that's the issue, it's trying to fight back when slowed.

Melee only might be better.

Sejuani doesn't feel as powerful and fighting as before. This E change will make her feel even less powerful/fighting.
