Champions that you find underwhelming.

In my opinion, I wanted to list champs that I feel are underwhelming or underperforming. I feel that they might need changes and need to be looked at.

Singed really doesn't do much. Everyone knows how he plays and what plays he is going to make. A good player will know to never run through his poison trail and his flip can just be avoided by poking. He's a running bot and nothing more.

Syndra has pretty high mana costs that are pretty devastating early game. Her scatter the weak is pretty easy to predict and to avoid. She also has her low mobility that make her pretty easy to gank as well as her being very item reliant.

Taric is really just outperformed by most of the newer supports. He doesn't have great damage. His CC falls off late game, where he can only stun one person during a team fight, and his heal is outclassed by healing supports. His aoe ability and damage/defense boost help, but he is a relatively weak pick in competitive play.

While having a great late game, Poppy suffers from not being able to get there most of the time. With a heavy focus and tanky champions with high CC, getting to late game and not being CC locked makes Poppy a very weak pick.

To me, Trundle isn't that bad. It's just that he can't handle more than one tank on a team at once. With many high HP champions coming into the spotlight, Trundle is having a hard time finding that one tanky champ per team that he needs to focus. He has the damage and the control, but the meta has put him out of favor.

In my opinion, Twitch has one of the worst early games out of all champions. Late game, he's a powerhouse, but requires the best positioning out of any ADC to make his ult worthwhile. His boxing potential is sub-par and can only deal with enemies one at a time. There are too many supports, ADC's and Junglers that can put Twitch very behind early game, making him a less than ideal pick.

Last but not least, Yorick. While he isn't bad, his kit really holds him back. It is buggy and really needs an overhaul. While the whole necromancer aspect is cool, he really just needs to be ironed out to be of any use.
