Everyone is complaining about Veigar

Everyone of his abilities aside from his ult can be easily avoided. And even that has so many ways to be negated partially(shields, more health, MAGIC RESIST) or even completely (invincibility, untargetability). It's not even hard to kill him. It takes any numbskull to dodge his Q and W and simply not get stunned by his E. The delay is still the same delay that everyone said "ruined Veigar" and made him too predictable and weak when it was first introduced. Katarina, Talon, Fizz, Lissandra and many others are all good picks against Veigar. Is there something I'm missing? He doesn't seem like he's that much of a problem.
