Wasn't there a time when lvl 18 mage had about 2000 base mana?

I'm not sure, but when I first started playing in 2014, I think the standard base mana for every champ was about 2000.

Can someone else confirm?

because it looks like we are going from 2000 mana to about 700 mana?

Base Mana? No.

1100-1300 should be the current base mana at Lv 18 for most mages.

Honestly, seeing the Akali rework makes playing immobile champs seem unfair.

Static shiv is way better for ADC that Luden Echo is for Mages.
