The unpopular Opinion:I like the Viktor changes

next cycle he will get buffs,but when I've played him i actually like him more then the normal Viktor

This post is obviously an opinion but -His E is a great zoning when augmented,sure hitting the augmented portion is impossible without somebody cc'ing but it feels okay -His Q is great and synergies with his hex tech core,The Q damage has been ramped up significantly and provides an amazing shield,the shield actually increases in level thanks to giving mana per level -Still bursty(actually more single target burst then before) -stunning someone with W has never been more rewarding,With the E delay and Ult tick delay landing your W's stun is absolutely devastating -Ult ticks in burst is fine by me,sure this doesn't feel smooth and can be awkward but within a few games I've already gotten used to the delay
