APC Supps have been crowding out other Supps for years...
Pretty boring meta when it comes down to who pokes harder or who lands the first ranged cc wins lane, assuming they both pick APC Supps, because if one does and the other doesn't it's pretty much free lane for the APC Supp.
Frostfang might be ok with 5-10 AP.
Make bot lane diverse again.

The other support item is for mana with the mana coins and relic is for healing so then Spellthief is for damage, but spell thief is also good for mana which gives it too much overlap.

OtterlyLost1 votesOr they could lower the mage base powers and increase their scaling so they're required to actually farm to be useful. Nerfing Spellshield would just be a nerf to the aggressive playstyle of all supports and it wouldn't actually solve anything. It would just further push picks like Nami, Sona, Karma, and Lulu further out of the lane.
