Increase Ekko's ultimate CD
Why is a ultimate at this caliber only around 50 seconds late game? imo he's already pretty overloaded and BS as is so he really doesn't need his ult up every time he gets into a fight.

No, ekko's ult already got butchered when they removed its manaless cost, they don't need to fix anything about it. It's cooldown is about the same as a tryn ult.. So who cares if its low, there's lots of counterplay to it. And if he didn't have his ult in a teamfight, he would just get instaderped in the moshpit of death..
