What junglers can actually carry right now other tan FotM picks?

I just can't seem to carry because you get behind lanes so easily early on unless playing like Pantheon, in which then you don't have late game. Kha'Zix just gets boned so hard early so I have to deal with half the enemy in jungle until I can hit 6 and get wings or claws. Nocturne is nice but he kinda gets boring and can get kited pretty easily by some champs.

Whenever I play someone with damage, nobody on my team uses their CC on carries, but whenever I go someone like Nautilus with CC my team doesn't put damage out on the carry.

Is there anyone (other than J4, Vi, Lee, or Nidalee) who can reliably carry lowish elo games but not have crap for late game

It's a matter of communicating to your team what you need them to do. I have been playing Shen jungle quite a bit lately and before the match even starts I make it very clear, "Play safe and farm up, if they push a lane I will gank as soon as possible". Sure I get teams that don't listen and get thirsty for kills, but in that case it isn't your fault that they don't listen to good communication. The teams I have had that do listen to my advice have found themselves coming out with some very impressive wins. Just keep up the hard work and eventually it will pay off. It's not about the champs you use, it's about the teamwork you use and unfortunately in solo-queue that is just hard to find between 5 opinionated teammates (myself included).

You are looking at things wrong. It isn't always your job as a jungle to 'carry' the game. There are 4 other people on your team. Sometimes the key to winning is giving other people (Or one hyper carry) the opportunity to win the game for you. Your job is to not to hold them back.

Usually I would say that you're correct. However, notice that OP specifically focused on "lower elos". From my experience, in lower elos the best way to transition to a higher elo is to be able to carry yourself until you're no longer good enough to carry on your own. If you support your own team and get them the kills in lower elos, they'll likely focus on getting more kills, make mistakes, and throw the game. Higher elos people play smarter, so it happens less, and in those cases I would say you're 100% correct.

You know.... you are right.

I would say play a crap ton of MasterYi

Sejuani This is you answer. She has virtually no early game (about the same as Nautilus) but unlike him she can dish out a decent amount of damage is she is ignored, she can solo most adc with just item 3151 and item 3001. If she gets fed early she is unkillable and if she falls behind (becuase an enemy nunu jungle is just eating everything on your jungle) then she still has her ult to help on teamfights.

Disclaimer: I don't play ranked, and I usually don't jungle.

I picked up Irelia jungle not too long ago when our team really needed a jungler. If you start W, her sustain is really good. You sacrifice some ganking power, but if you manage to come into lane lvl 3 with slightly less health than the enemy laner, you can just q to a minion and e for a stun. Her late game is really strong, whether team-fighting or split-pushing. She's also really versatile. You can build Stalker's blade to add CC, Skirmisher's sabre for better dueling, or Ranger's trailblazer if you're having trouble clearing. I recommend the Devourer enchantment, but she could make good use of Warrior or the upcoming Cinderhulk, I think. Once you've finished the jg item, you can go tank with a Randuin's and a Spirit Visage or you can build a Trinity Force and BorK for damage. It's about whatever your team needs.

Not sure how it would work in competitive play, but for low elo, it seems like it'd be okay.

It's perfectly fine to not have much of a late game in the lower elos if you snowball yourself or your team early like Pantheon can. One of the biggest mistakes in lower elo games is the inability to end a game and having it drag out long enough to throw away an early lead. Sometimes you have to poke and prod your team to group and teamfight if you know your team is stronger because of your ganks.

Make sure they know that you are Pantheon, and that you will not be this effective if late game rolls around. Tell them. The marksman may pick up a Vayne or Tristana to carry if late game comes. Maybe your top laner will pick Nasus and you WANT to help him get to late game with your early game power. Heck, if you constantly gank and snowball a friendly Poppy she's going to be a nightmare for the opponents when it comes time for you to fall off.

Diana Hecarim Shaco Shyvana XinZhao

Diana is really good once you get the hang of her in the jungle. She does require level 6 though for her ganks to be good but she can sustain with her shield relatively well to get 6 quickly.

Hecarim can be built depending on what your team needs (though trinity force + full tank is my personal favorite) and has super awesome tele+homegaurd ganks and allows a 2nd teleport on your team for better map control since you really dont "need" flash on him.

Shaco is the king of counterjungling, and if any lane is over extended you can setup counterganks really well with boxes and his damage. Late game he is mostly used as a split pusher, but his objective control is super strong.

Shyvana has good early ganks and is terrifying at full build. Yes there are champs that can kite her, but in a team fight that dragon is going to put a lot of damage down and soak up a lot as well

Xin Zhao has awesome sustain, great early ganks and scales fairly well on top of it. He doesn't have the utility that Lee Sin has and his team fight iniate isnt as good as J4, but he is still extremely good in the right hands (and if you know how to pull off his e+flash+ult engage to instantly win a teamfight on positioning) P:

Sej is borderline broken tier atm and she hasn't hit the flavor of the month yet. But she will within a month.

9-21-0 5% cdr runes and 5% masteries to make kit work properly with the build path. Rest you can adapt. Tank jungle item > Mobi > Sunfire and from there is completely up to you but aim for maximum cdr to have a 100% up time on W.

Amumu is great regardless of his first 2 levels weakness. Just make sure to ward your jungle buff entrance as you do the buff to prevent the level 2 cheese.

I like Amumu, Hecarim, Nautilus, and Sejuani for junglers at the moment.

Hecarim and Amumu have pretty good ganks, scale very well with items, and may be built depending on the situation. If there aren't good opportunities for ganks, they can easily farm the jungle and scale later into the game. They have a good mix of damage, CC, and mobility that lets them fit into many team compositions and provide strong initiation for you team.

Nautilus and Sejuani are a bit different. I typically pick them when I realize that pretty much everyone on my team has picked a low CC, damage-oriented champion and we lack durability, peel, and/or initiation. At that point, I prefer Nautilus or Sejuani to fill the gaps left by my team and protect or enable my allies.

If you really want to carry in solo-queue, early pressure champions such as Lee Sin, Vi, Nidalee, or Jarvan might be preferred. However, I'm not really a fan of their playstyles myself.

Sejuani Aatrox Hecarim Nocturne are some champs i'd consider taking into the jungle. Mostly because i'm an idiot who really likes to go full ham.

One of my past Hecarim games I went 6-0-5, and forced a surrender at 20. Can that be considered carrying? He has nice cc with his devastating charge and awesome ult. Pleanty of damage with his hella low cool down q, and a nice jungle sustain with his w. Most champs I have to back after Gromp-Blue, but with Hec I can go Gromp-Blue-Wolves-Raptors before recalling and snagging level 3.5 and your upgrade on jungle items.

Master yi and nidalee can carry the best right now. Vi, jarvan, lee.sin, amumu can make plays happen.

Diana has good ganks starting lvl 6 and can snowball herself and her lane mates from that point very easily. Downside you need to be able to hit her Q skillshot, which, is a little awkward since it "arcs" then explodes at the end of its travel.

She also has God tier clear speed,

I run Atk Speed Quints/reds, armor yellows, AP Blues start Shield > Q > Shield > W > Shield > Ult,

She doesn't really need a leash at all, can continuously clear the jungle w'out ever have to leave until you WANT to buy. There is no "need".

Once you start ganking it's Q > R > E > W, you'll be suprised how much damage the shield does as the orbs explode.
