his ult is getting a longer cooldown AND less damage. why? seems like riot's been kicking him ever since the silence removal

Talon hasn't had damage nerfs on his ult... Where did you hear that?

It's only been mana and CD nerfs.

this nerf is long overdue. its not rare for a talon to use his ult for waveclear and then just 30-40 seconds later, he uses it to kill someone.

talon ult cant have 30 s

lux ult and yas lvl 18 ult 30 s

and you dont wave clear with R ,you have tiamat W so you dont know what you are speakin`

Yasuo's ult is 60 seconds, at max level its 30. Kinda like Lee Sin's.

because if he reaches 6% popularity he has to be nerfed till less play him again to 2-3% wonder what happened if he reaches 20% popularity ,never happens cause gated by mana costs and low mobility for an assasin. all burst

riot said they wanted to nerf him long ago but they waited his playrate to raise (LOL FUNNY REASON)

He's still a burst assassin that's pretty much point and click, and I'm pretty sure it comes with Duskblade giving him extra burst or something.

His ult is now less brain dead. He's too bursty and not that hard to pull off. Probably one of the easiest asassins with a very little counterplay kit.

The Ult cooldown nerf was warranted but the mana nerf is completely unecesssary. His early game is already abysmal. Hegot ahead in IEM today but he wasn't "op" actually the casters predicted the pick would cost them the game, and it did. I believe Zed mains are oveejoyed he's taking the heat. His win-rate is skewed by his pick-rate. Hopefully Riot helps him with changes..god knows when or if they will happen or if they will be good for him. Until then he will be underwhelming.
