He also has a 46% jungle winrate in the past 4 days

Like, I get you're bellyaching again...

...but I support this message. The scuttle change has done nothing but make junglers even more fucking annoying, cause now they force laners to deal with their shit at level 2 rather than level 3.

The junglers impact in the game has been retarded since like season 5. But currently it is absolutely ridiculous how having a bad jungler pretty much makes you chances of winning nonexistent.

Or maybe just nerf the champs that are overtuned in jungle. There is already a huge gap between meta and nonmeta champs in jungle right now. If you nerf the jungle as a whole, you are only killing what could be a healthier situation. Not all champs need the nerf.
