RIOT should create a ping/alert that show your MS and FPS to your team

First of all, sorry for my bad english, i'm not from NA and i'm just posting here because RIOT gives more attention to this forum.

I don't know if internet/ms/"ping" lagging is commum in North America, but in regions like Brazil it is. In last atts, RIOT introduced a lot of new alerts (We call it "ping" on Brazil) that improves your communication with your team. I (And a lot of other players from Brazil too) believe that an alert that shows to your teammates that you won't be useful for the next seconds because you're lagging (Due to internet or graphical issues) would be pretty useful. Please don't flop me :c
