Ryze and spell vamp again?

So since it's ok for a champion that can cc you for 2 seconds and her ultimate also has cc which deals a lot of damage and her E is an Aoe ability that also heals her and since the last update she can spam it (Morgana) why can't you add a 10/15% spell vamp on Ryzes ultimate as a passive? Most ryze players don't even level up their ultimate until level 10+11,that's because its garbage especially compared to his old ultimates and most other midlaners too.I am posting this because i never thought that it was ok to remove something so basic from his kit, something he had for so many years, if that's ok then I suggest you remove Morgana's healing as well so that there are no longer ap champions that can heal with their kit.Its not your fault,it's Faker's fault that opened up your eyes unfortunately :(
