Frozen Heart Price increase overnerfed it/buff Glacial Shroud

90 armor down from 100, I totally get that.

But total cost 2600g up from 2450g, AFTER it gets a stat nerf??? not cool...

Its main attraction for me was the early mana and cdr on a tank item, but now it takes an additional 150 gold, thats not really small change especially if you are supporting.

I honestly think the armor nerf was fine without increasing its total cost, and it should go back to 2450g.

if not though(or in addition), would it be too much to ask that get a small buff to its armor and increased cost to match the total cost of heart?

E.g. Glacial shroud now gives 25 armor up from 20, and costs 950g, up from 900.

p.s. vayne, yi, darius etc.. never even blinked at frozen heart to begin with, now garen has true damage, and more champs are getting it..

only makes sense to nerf armor tho right?
