What counts as a single piece of terrain?

In Talon's video, his new E is shown cast over the side of the dragon pit directly behind the dragon, and then the right edge.

Why are those counted as two different pieces of terrain?

And do Anivia's, Taliyah's, Jarvan's, and Trundle's abilities count as terrain that Talon can leap over? I need answers.

I believe he's able to jump over player created terrain as well

That defeats the purpose of terrain-creating abilities though. :( Especially on such an ability that doesn't have a cooldown or charges, that definitely won't be fair.

Sort of except he has to give up an ability to do that. So yes the anivia would lose out on her W but then again so would the Talon. Also the animation isn't exactly short so you can easily stun him since you'll know exactly where he'll land. Chasing him and blocking him off though no will no longer work but that's what they want for him.

The only one who has the option to stun him out of those 4 is Anivia.

No cooldown. No cost. No charges. He doesn't give up anything for it.

He does give up something for it though - it takes up a whole ability spot not to mention if you look at the other 3 - J4 terrain comes with high base damage too, Taliyah gets mobility from hers and Trundle will still slow him once he reaches the other side.

his vault speed is based on his movement speed at time of jump, 3 of those champs have slows and 2 have hard cc thats easy to hit since he is stuck in the animation. its also not the first time those terrain makers were countered (riven, fiora just to name a couple)

he has an aoe when he jumps that marks terrain for a duration, the other side of dragon pit was just outside the red line he just marked and there is a limit to how far he can jump, unlike bard tunnel
