i mean don't get me wrong while what you are saying about elo hell and there being up to 4 people that have no business playing ranked being on your team is true it is still quite possible to carry these games with the enemies also being trash. i have played on many silver accounts and 80-90%~ win ratio is usual and i'm not even good.
this being said looking at your account it does seem like you should be higher ranked than you currently are but i feel like this is mostly due to lack of trying and tilting (been there my self so i can empathize).
I think I could grind my way up out of silver if I played Higher tier snowballing hyper carry champs, or the ADC, and I understand lots of players do that to prove you can escape bronze/silver.
My point though, is that you shouldn't have to, and it speaks poorly of Riot's system that you have to do that.
If you are consistently out-performing your lane opponent in every conceivable metric and helping other lanes more, you should win more than you lose, in theory, given enough sample games. I think that is a fair expectation.
Yet in Silver, with such a discrepancy in skill among players, the majority of games are all ready determined based on who the matchmaking sticks you with.... and no amount of ganks, no amount of wards placed, no amount of friendly advice given will stop them from throwing the game. The vast majority of games are landslides in Silver, win or lose... and when it is that skewed individual performance means less and less.
