So Luden's is not suppose to proc with on hit effects...then why does it proc from 30 magic damage you get from ardent's censer?

No, its supposed to proc on-hits (if your attack would normally proc it that is), Ardent Censer is an onhit AFAIK.

Its not supposed to apply on-spell things. Luden's isn't on hit, its on spell. Theres a difference (its why Ezreal's Q isn't supposed to proc it, its SPECIFICALLY coded to not apply on spell attacks, because its supposed to be an enhanced auto attack even though its a spell).

That sounds like a bug.

Looking up on the wiki Luden's works on anything that applies spell effect. It didn't say one way or the other whether Arden Censor's on hit damage applies spell effect or not.
