DuskDaUmbreon1 votesI think it's more because Darius spent ages being oppressive to 99.9% of the game, while Zed was only truly oppressive to blind pick.
This is just an ultimate CD buff, on a champion that pretty much can't fight from midgame on without their ult. That seems fairly okay to me.
