Nerf my Ping Plz

Um, so i think its time to nerf the ping with this flashy new assassin on the rift. His ult is slightly telegraphed, but do I really have time to hit that button if my ping is very high? BTW.

P.S. Ty for ekko: An assasin with an afinity for lowish targets. He can even bust a tank who is lowish thanks to his parallel convergence. My friend and I both agree that is needed. He model is a beauty as well. I love seeing his character..ludens ekko is great on him. Can we have a luden's Chroma Pack?
