Who do you think can push/kill towers the best?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out who the overall BEST champion is at pushing a lane and killing towers. There are three factors to consider:

1. How fast can they push a wave?
2. How fast can they kill a tower?
3. How well can they escape when getting collapsed on?

With these three things in mind, who do you think is the best champion at performing this role?

If possible, try to include a build with a brief description of why you think so.

I think would be the best with this build

First off, Xins' Q can work on towers, so you get the bonus damage from it, which procs as well. His W is an AS amplifier which again helps take down towers. Minion waves can be tough but with it really isnt a problem. If you take as your summoner spell in combination with his ult, it can be very difficult to chase him down.

I have several other champions that I think are good contenders but right now im leaning towards Xin. I would love to hear what you guys think.
