Reminder to you guys:

Skillcap is a very vague word. Firstly there's 2 types of skill in relation to champions: mechanical (pressing buttons) and strategic/mental (when/where to do X with your champion)

Those 2 are neither mutually exclusive or inclusive, an example of low mechanical skill with high strategic skill would be Talon, there's not much variation in his button pressing, but you have to be careful about when and where you do it or you'll fail miserably.

Then there are the measurements for these skills: Skill floor: the minimum amount of skill required to play a reasonable game with X champion Skill ceiling: the minimum amount of skill required to play the champion to an exceptional standard

Again neither these are inclusive or exclusive, Master Yihas one of the lowest skill floors in the game, but also one of the highest skill ceilings
