She's a more consistent version of them.

She can toggle her Q for consistently more range, rather than a burst of range. Not to mention she has her ult for picking people off and a higher damage long range poke.

I've never had a problem with using Jinx ironicly.

Is there something im missing? I'm not an adc main i just one trick Twitch if i play adc or if i wanna go marksman jungle/ marksman mid/ marksman top.

Her AOE Q rockets are great in team fights especially if your teammates are freezing the enemy in your front line. The switch to her minigun has great attack speed and for a 1v1 or 1v2 its an easy clear up.

The R like ezreal and ashe are a bit of a bitch to land with ezreal being the easiest of the three.

If someone can explain as why jinx is a bit weak then please respond.

Kog'maw i just avoid since he got his rework removed I just find him impossible to carry or even be slightly useful with... but I'm not a all round ADC main so maybe there is a kogmaw pro who can teach me to git gud.
