There's a real update coming for him, right? This one is a little lack-luster. Am I the only one who doesn't mind if they scrap a champ's core playstyle (Q W Q W Q W Q) as long as they keep the lore? Since seeing him the first time I thought, "Cool, he can control time to a degree and can see he future." Immediately followed buy: What the FUCK does that have to do with bombs?

Point being the concept was really really cool, but leaving him bombs when they have nothing to do with the type of magic he supposedly uses is a little stupid considering they've come out with Ziggs since.

I don't get why he has a W after the changes, since it doesn't reduce ult CD and obviously doesn't affect itself. Just make Q a 2-charge spell (like Vi's E or Vel'Koz's W), reduce the CD on his E, and give him an actual skill for W. I feel like Rewind is eating up some of his power budget and it really doesn't need to anymore.

Right? Removing its use on Chronoshift deletes its use almost completely. His Q doesn't need to be a stun, or if it is, what you're saying is a good fix. W could be anything at all thinkable besides what it is.
