Scuttler Respawn Timer

I feel like I have to run around the map for this all game and it's getting really tiring and actually annoying. Even if you want to make it more important, don't make me have to go to that area so often. Make it last 3 minutes or something closer to that.

I also find that later on Scuttlers are all about laners shoving and roaming to it.
