Will Riot ever do another massive VGU on the game?

So completely content with our current graphics and what not, but season four to season five, Riot did a massive VGU on the map and updates on every champion to make it all look nice new and shiny, over all this was really well done and most of the community gave riot praise for this. It took over all five years for riot to look at the old car and say. "She needs a fresh coat of paint". Now we enter season nine, and what's after nine? Ten. That would mean it would be a full five years since Riot has done a major MAP VGU.

Does riot plan on doing another major update to the graphics of the game like they did in season five and make it a five year type of tradition? Or is Riot currently content with the map and how it is.

Personally IDC, for I am content, i'm not dying for anything new or major, if anything im a grumpy old man who don't like change. But it is interesting to hear riots thoughts on these matters.
