Riot Removing Normal Draft is a mistake.

For those of you have read, riot is considering removing normal draft from all regions except for a few selected regions like NA and EUW is a MAJOR mistake. All you are accomplishing is sabotaging a players ability to practice pick n bans in a less competitive environment. Blind pick is a very poor way to practice, being you have the possibilities of mirror match ups, or facing against comps that would NEVER work in draft pick for you would have the chance to counter it, in your picks.

Do not move forward with this decision, I beg of you. This does not effect me, I am American. But I will not stand for my fellow gamers being horribly abused in such a manner. I have a EU friend who is on the other EU servers and you legit just forced her to change regions just so she can play the game properly. I promise you she will not be the only one to do this.

Riot do not go through with this decision.

All you are doing is removing a players ability to have legit practice before doing ranked. This even worse than the dynamic que mess of season 6.

I can't upvote because I love dynamic queue. But I won't downvote either; normal draft should be kept.

I was talking about dynamic queue on release, on release it was the biggest mess in the world, especially for high elo players.

Just when you tought that Riot learned the lesson this year with DynamicQ here we go again with retarded ideas.

Riot, can you please just take the whole "Queue" topic and lock it somewhere with a big sign where on top of it you can read "Do not fucking touch it!" and pay someone to slap in the wrist everyone who would try to unlock it? Seriously just leave the queue system alone!

They will remove probably their most succesful thingletting you choose your lane they will lose a huge plyer base that way including me Don't ruin something that worked perfectly

Hell the only reason team builder players didn't freak out to much was because draft was very similar to team builder. so if draft is gone, goodbye the entire team builder community.

While yes NA will have normal draft for now. They plan to remove it in the future. If we do not speak up now. They will remove it from the game all together.

I'm just curious why Riot doesn't respond. I pay IRL currency to buy ingame stuff. I'm not just a summoner, i'm a customer. And i demand to be heard and to get a response from support/administration team. I need rational logical explanation to why i have to play blind pick with racists, nacists, flamers, afkers, abusive insta locking troll kids. Just because i want to go jungling, and i don't insta lock, someone should not tell me to get cancer and die with ebola and insta lock jhin jungle. I don't think my little sister should get raped (even though i don't have one) just because i want to play top and someone else wants to play it too... In draft mode you only get abused if you feed. There are way less afkers and way less trolls. So I want to know from Riot why do they want any of their community members to go through all of this things.

I play Normal draft more then anything else in this game. High queue times are annoying sometimes but I would almost always chose higher queue time with option to select select position i want to play before low queue time and to have to fight for the position i want or to get stuck with something i do not enjoy playing or even worse to get people trolling because they didn't get what they wanted. Normal draft needs to stay! Make it work RIot! Better remove blind and keep draft!

I mean, it does not even require a tinfoil hat.

Considering how much they wanted to stuff DQ (Flex) down our throats from the beggining.

At this point i am pretty sure that was their intention.

Get rid of blind Riot. You pretty much have just put a gun to my head and said. I will play rank or not play at all. Now sure here and there I want to play some rank but I am not wanting to be forced to play rank 24/7. Blind is so toxic, full of trolls and full of scripters. I can not play it. So now you are removing the fun factor from the game. Thanks Riot. Not everyone wants to play rank. It would be nice that you would stop trying to shove it down our throat.

Here's a grand idea - remove Blind Pick and then those players will migrate over to Normal Draft. There's honestly no reason why Blind Pick needs to exist.

The thing is the reason i stopped playing blind que at all is because of draft mode being an accurate representation of ranked que and people playing it played it as if they were playing ranked que back in season 4. now more people have been pushed into normal draft when they introduced team builder then took it away and said go to dynamic que which is basicly draft mode. Now its impossible to pratice in draft mode reliably because of the famous line 'its only normals' implying they shouldnt have to try hard to win or get better well some one please answer me if not normal draft mode where in the bloody hell am i supposed to practice my champions for going into ranked games with the intention of getting better and not surrendering at 20. yes games are snowbally but does surrendering fix it? what about trying to find away to stall out games to come back?
