Option to Report Lobby Trolls
You take JG and then another person gets mad and instalocks Teemo with Smite-Clarity knowing that 1/4 of the time some guy's going to dodge while he can just que up for another game to get his role. There is no counter to this except dodging and maybe reporting for negative attitude. Although, if he's not toxic in game, it's hard to argue that taking a certain champion or summoner spell combination is "trolling." They could be unskilled, trying something new etc. so they don't get banned for doing this.
We should have a report and possibly a kick option in lobby too for these trolls. It's really unfair how they can ruin your game and force you to wait even 30 minutes while losing LP.
