Isn't TF too weak?

I mean, 66% of his damage is tied to AA , that has low range, and his E needs to be charged to do damage. He is also squishy as fuck, has no sustain, meanwhile ahri can be safer and do way more damage. I know his ult is strong and stuff, but on laning phase, you don't have more than 2 opportunities to actually ult

He's not weak at all. He just fills a certain niche. He's a great roamer and a decent duelist. The only change he could really use is a change on his E. It's a pretty boring and noninteractive skill.

Great roamer only if his ult is up. Decent duelist? I think pretty much every single ap mid laner can duel him nowadays.

I never said that he's a good laner. Dueling implies that he can fight and trade with any champs, not just the ones in his respective lane.

I don't think so. TF's map pressure is far more terrifying than an assassin because all he needs is one lane to overextend to near instantly make it a 3v2 or a 2v1. His laning and dueling are meh but imo his catch potential makes up for it.

His ult tells the enemy team he is going in. It also has a fair delay until he actually teleports. He doesn't apply that much of pressure. Also, his catch potencial is nowhere close to lb or ahri
