this is irrelevant and I don't know why you brought it up. ADCs are still a mandatory pick in bot lane, they are still plenty strong.

I wouldn't say Mandatory anymore, you can get the job done with a lichbane mage as long as you have someone that can wave clear/siege you're able to go completely ADC free.

I did not say that he will always 5 stack you you came up with that yourself i said that His bleed does lots of damage by itself even without being stacked. so it turns into dps during trades and it also acts as if you are still getting hit after the trade is over.
Your Solution to me asking what to do on champions who also want to fight is fight him.
If only we could always counter pick all the time and half of your champions are ranged champions that have no business in top lane and only stay in top lane through cheese many of which can keep darius away early but just insta die later no need to 5 stack

It makes sense to bring weaker champions up to a base line, which is why they buff from low win rates to begin with.
On the other hand... I think they've forgotten where that base line is. So, instead of buffing them to normal, they keep pushing everything to 200%.

No way. I'd take a Kog over Ezreal any day of the week right now.
I can do a lot with a Kog where as with Ezreal you end up watching the majority of them hop around under turret doing no damage in a meta defined by high damage. Late game he's fine, but not great, and it certainly doesn't make up for how ridiculously difficult the laning phase with him is right now.
Champions like Ezreal and Tristana in this meta are horrible because the insane amount of damage bot lane means they're going to be bullied out of lane way too easily.
Even if you play Brand he's still a pain to support, but people keep picking him...and keep missing all their Q's.
