Doesnt lolalytics most recent update state that his winrate is at like 49% winrate or something? Pretty sure he was there last i checked just yesterday or something. ¨
But his stats truly shift and change a lot depending on region and elo.....i cant even recall if i looked for overall or KR specific over at league of graphs.
Doesnt he seem quite bad at any rate though? Currently league of graphs state that his winrate is all the way down to 48% in Korea with like 3% playrate if i recall it.

Overall is usually unreliable, look at Korea instead........there he truly sits at 49% winrate.
Meanwhile in NA he has like 57% or something.
Going by the usual i think Korea is by far more reliable when it comes to gauging a champs true state, they are the ones with the highest average skill as far as i know.......well that and other less flattering stuff.

No no, sadly they are just the wrong Buffs. They seem big on paper, but remember, damage wasn't really his problem. It's kiting/mobility/targetaccess/backloaded damage yada yada. He will see a slight bump in winrate, maybe half a percent up to about 50%, but 54% sounds more like crowd hysteria to me. He still won't be viable pro.

Jax, chogath, camel twah, trundle, xin zhao, a good riven, sion, renekton, etc.

But i mean we want to make tanks viable and make impact in game balance by leaving diversity on picks yet we buff both of daruis and fiora special daruis and shower him with buffs since preseason and then release conquer for him, balance team 2018

Conqueror is trash on Darius though, at least it doesn't offer him as much marginal utility as other champs, and now he will gain even less marginal utility.

But it was one of many reason that just legit ignore using BC anymore cause it consider trash on him since he pretty much can put a whole 100% true damage now with his E and conquer

Triforce is just glorious when it comes to carrying with damage against anything else though.
