It's not unknown that mage items are some of the strongest in the entire game right now, and many people have been complaining about them for a long time. I think we need mage items that are locked to melee only, so champions like katarina, akali, diana, etc... can use items without the ranged mages abusing them, and vice-versa.

Honestly just gut gunblade and revert Zhonya to Seekers + Blasting Rod + Stopwatch 90+AP 0CDR

we need more limitations in place to reduce how much certain items are abused, but we also need to pull back the power of mage items so to fight the burst meta
