Am I allowed to say nautilus is a bit powerful with CoC?

The mastery is already being nerfed. Hopefully to be more useful on tanks.

Anyway, overwhelming majority of tanks are balanced right now. I find that bruisers are abusing CotC much more than tanks are right now.

Tanks are meant to be difficult to kill. Them getting a shield just enforces their style of gameplay. But when Riven is getting free shields for every 3rd Q and her W on top of how hard it is to kill her to start with, that's a whole different problem.

Tanks aren't "abusing it" though. The mastery is for tanks. It's their only mastery.
