Whenever I play against Annie, I try what I can to make her prioritize her "Q" on minion-farming, rather than using it on and stunning me. Of course, this is much, much easier if you're using a champ with range autos and/or spells. (Which I usually am, in Mid Lane, since I'm garbage with assassins.) If that doesn't work, and she seems to want to prioritize harrassing me with it, over the minions, then from that point on I prioritize MR from items like Abyssal Scepter and Athene's Unholy Grail (yes, I actually buy Athene's still).
This also means that, from that point on, I will be playing way more passively than I probably already was, only getting the farm that I can get without risking her fighting me over it. And this usually makes the Annie want to ignore me and roam to side lanes, at which point I begin shoving out the Mid Lane wave as hard as I possibly can, worrying less about 'catching up in CS' by last hitting, but more on damaging her tower while she's gone.
Beyond that point, it's a game of 'can you warn your allies enough about her roaming to keep her from getting kills while you shove the waves in?'
Also, I would suggest having, like, an 'itchy trigger finger' when it comes to your Flash Summoner spell, once she hit's level 6. If you time it right (and yes, I know it's really, really difficult to do), you can actually avoid her ult-stun and possibly escape with your life.

Idk how people even play that boring ass champ. Imo ppl deserve that freelo for being able to play consecutive games on a champ that takes 2 games to master, without wanting to kill themselves
Not everyone has the mechanical skill to play all these 'flashy, jumpy, look-at-me-I'm-doing-stuff' Champions that have been coming out. Some players are simply better playing the 'not-so-flashy-but-still-potent-and-viable' Champions. There is literally nothing wrong with that and it definitely does not warrant them to begin having suicidal thoughts. In my honest and polite opinion, you my friend, need to calm down a bit.
