A vote to disband a champ select could be the worst thing that's ever happened to off metas

Think about it. If anyone ever tries playing a questionable or off meta pick again, there is a very high likelihood that each champ select that they get put in gets disbanded because their team does not want to play with them. You can debate if playing off meta is good or bad for the game but it's hard to deny that off meta players would rarely get put in games again (unless they picked something that seemed normal but then played them off meta).
