Kuroi861 votesThey've made it easier for him to build stacks on his ult. Feels like a good trade off, his ult will still be up pretty often once you max cdr.

I like this for the fact that once you get 40% CDR, you're ult is on a 24 second cooldown when feasting minions, making it VERY easy to stack your ult back up.
