Team Builder wait times, can we get some incentive to play support/jungle/marksman?

Perhaps something like the top most needed position in team builder at the moment gets a 2x LP boost for that game, it would really give people incentive to play support and jungle so team builder queues are not as painfully long.

Would certainly alleviate the wait time issues with team builder.

You have problems finding marksmen? I queue up for that and I find a game within 5 seconds, tops

Yeah, you queue up for marksman and get in a game as marksman because there are so few people playing it.
