When will ezreal and lucians e's get addressed

I'm sorry, but these champs are disgusting, their mobility skill is up every 2 seconds, making killing them nerly impossible unless your playing something like yi, and i dont want to have to resort that low, like ryze has his cdr passive get reduced if he gets cdr, why not do the same for ez and lucian (IE if ez has 45% cdr he only gets .8 sec reduction instead of 1.5 when he hits q)

Man, all the adc mains are coming out of the woodwork You can downvote this all you want, doesn't change the fact these abilites need to be addressed

Lucian requires to get his double tap off in order to even get his e reduced. He's got the lowest AA range for an adc in the game, besides Kindred, I think. I wouldn't even consider her as an ADC. As for Ezreal, his entire kit is focused on skillshots, so it's only fair he gets a blink.

Ezreals entire lane phase is straight balls. You can stand in a minion wave and you dont even have to dodge his Q. Minions will face tank it for you. There's maybe half his damage gone just because you let a moppet take the hit for you. Not kidding, take a few hours and play nothing but Ezreal. Tell me how the first 20 minutes of the game goes for you.

Kiting isn't necessarily easy as Ezreal. To kite as Ezreal, you often wanna save your E if you get stuck at a wall or your chaser popped his/her mobility spell. You also want to get good with your Q because it travels fast yes, but it's very easy to miss it in a high-pressure situation. Kiting is often easier with Iceborn, but it's still doable when you have a Tri-Force.

I started maining Ezreal and yeah, if you wanna get cheeky Q's off towards your enemy laner, you really have to be smart about aiming your Q. As for his E, it's very versatile and essentially can net you a kill acts a get-out-of-jail card.
