... yet, so many champs just up and 100-0 you and there's nothing you can do about it. Huh. Almost seems like you lied to justify nerfing or reworking champs that whales don't like, and are making double standards to protect your money makers.

Seriously. Assassins and burst mages exist for a reason. Having a target that can 100-0 you very fast makes them squishy. they are priority targets and need to be focused. While there are certain champions who are just too strong () Most of the champions in List 1 are fine.
List 1.) Fizz is a pain in the ass but not OP. Yasuo is either going 10/0 or 0/10. He needs a rework badly and riot already said they are reworking him LITERALLY NONE OF THE OTHER CHAMPIONS ON THIS LIST ARE A PROBLEM IN ANY WAY
List 2.) with your attitude towards the game you could just list every champion that does damage. (Just noticed you listed Malph...... wtf you smoking) Most of the ones you listed here have very important skillshots to land.

Let's make it so that, if you 100-0 someone, that person played badly and what's why they died -- not just because you're playing Talon and rolled your face on your keyboard and one shot them with mostly targeted damage, or played Draven and right clicked to one shot someone. Camille? Taliyah? They can 100-0 you in a second or two easy. But they have to aim, and you have to fuck up. Make the champs into that, instead of whatever the fuck Akali and Nocturne are.

2600-3200 health on an AP champ != squishy, especially considering most of them have shields and CC.

I'm listing champs that fit your descriptions. The entire second list can just mash buttons and win, without much thought at all beyond aiming in their direction.
And have you seen an AP Malph? One shots your entire backline. Tank Malph still does 2/3 of your health instantly.
Most of the ones you listed here have very important skillshots to land.
"Skill"shots. Very hard to miss anything in their kits.

Sure ADCs are in a bad spot because of DD but thats really it. Without that item they are easy to kill

Mysticman891 votesI feel like it's implicit that it's referring to champs who are comparably fed/leveled, and also was specifically 100-0 with no (or almost no) window of counter play.
Many of the assassins in question you can in theory flash away from mid-combo before they complete their full 100-0 now (or they take more time to set up their murder sprees). That said, assassins in general usually aren't comparably fed/leveled, and do tend to snowball pretty hard so that full combos aren't even necessary due to gold/level advantages.
Niyumi1 votesNo, some champs can one shot even when behind. Was playing MF today, I was fed (4/0 at this point), enemy Talon was 1/5. He flips over a wall, I disappear, he flips away before my team can react. He didn't have good farm either.
And that's not the only example. Many champs can pull bullshit like that.
Phyuq Yiu1 votesMy definition of an assassin (not the official or your definition) is a champion that can be miles behind like a Fizz or Jax that is 0/8 and 100 cs behind, build bruiser and still 100-0 a squishy.
Fizz can start dorans ring, sit bot and get zoned off of every cs, wait out enough gold for a 
and go double kill bot lane around lv 4.

and many of those listed can do it with just 2 autos + 1 ability way faster and much more reliable than what any Mage or Assassin can do + the added benefit of sustain, mobility and virtually no CD on it.

easily +1500 damage per auto and crazy burst heal and mobility, and quite hard to kill thanks to the Cancer Dancer Duo items.
