There are a total of 3 items that make her 100% useless. Her w got nerfed just recently. Her w got changed completely twice. Its hard to find her nerf history because bing is trash, but I know for a fact shes been nerfed plenty. A burst mage nerfed for bursting. Yet annie has gotten nothing but buffs? If you wanna change her, just change her ult. Give it a more cataclysmic cc power. Considering her lore says she smashed her elders into a wall, just change it, you can also make it a skill shot so people will stop being like "LUL PRSS R HURDUR"|
