Veigar has 0 counterplay in low ELO

How is elo relevant when it comes to counterplay?

Shouldn't Veigar be worse in lower elos since lower elos can't cs well and typically over extend in lane plus outside of lanning.

Most things have zero counterplay in low ELO, because people dont even try to counterplay.

His w has a 1.5 second delay, his q stops on the second unit hit, his e has a delay as well and only stuns on the edges, and he only has one ult. Legit have your assassin jump on him and either he will burn everything trying to peel himself or just die, he is made to slam enemies from a range, but him in melee and it doesn't work out for him.

Veigar has quite a bit of counterplay. Hexdrinker, qss, nullifying orb... Don't get too close to him unless you have cc. I could keep going, but this is one thing that seperates low elo and high elo. - That is the ability to SEE the available counterplay and to make the correct action. 1500 ap? Thats a 40+ min game probably closer to an hour in low elo. Learn to end the game faster...

hexdrinker and nully orb are basically useless against veig since hell simply melt through them. qss is a viable alternative for ad though, as is crucible which the support should build unles they have no shield or heal. If you want to counter him pick someone who outranges him (not hard considering all his ranges are low to medium) or someone who can counter his ult like trynd or kin or kayle. Also try morgana who also does really well against him and isnt hard to play.

DONT STEP INTO THE EDGE OF HIS E.

For some reason everyone does that and then get instantly chunked.

Tip #2:

DONT STEP ONTO HIS METEOR

It's his most damaging ability and will be doing over 1000 damage in the late game.

Tip #3:

PLAY MASTER YI

Wait for the Veigar to use their cage and then q onto him. Proceed to melt him and gtfo before his team can do anything.

Tip #4:

PLAY ANY ASSASIN

Wait for Veigar to use cage. Then jump onto him and murder him.

Tip #5:

DONT GET NEAR HIM WHEN YOU HAVE LOW HP

His ultimate is an execute, enough said.

Veigar is imho not that big problem. I can 1-shot-him with Zyra. I am dead after that, but he is too. Had 3 weeks ago a normal with a diamond Veigar in vs team wich was quite "unfair" in terms of matchmaking. We´d won anyway because I focussed him in 3 important teamfights. Flash, combo, dead [both of us because I could press my combo fast enough before his R reached me]. Then there was a 4 vs 4 after in wich my team could win.

Well i have bad news for you, Veigar has no counterplay in high elo either.
