Remove sightstone completely, finish moving vision into totems and make it an even team burden, this frees up supports to buy the items they want to buy. They can put that 800 gold into some AP or a tank item instead. Vision should be a team effort, and supports have always been ward mules, regardless of how much riot has tried to change that, and that is one reason why support is a chore to play.
