Fiora should literally be the shit out of anyone that she fights, she isn't called the Grand Duelist for nothing.
But I think she needs more defined weakness's, in what she shouldn't be good at.

The thing was that Riot didn't want her to be completely solo. (They want her teammates to feel good when Fiora did well. or something like that.)
But that in mind. If she uses her ult because she wants to solo her opponent, her team won't be able to benefit from the Healing zone, if they arn't in the area. And it's limited by her ult CD, while being less reliable and consistent than say, Janna ult.
So I'd argue that her ult's team fight power is for the most part superficial.

She also doesn't generally need her ult for a solo kill past 20+ mins when team fights break out.

NO, raising the Q cd would gut her.

Mobility wise they should just change it so you get that Q CD refund on killing a minion or hitting a champion/monster if anything.
