You guys can have the 3 man dives and the constant jungle camping. Hell, maybe even have the support take Spell Book so they can TP top too, make it a top lane party. I'd rather chill in bot lane and farm my scaling ADCs. I have no idea why top laners would want a party, but if you guys want it you can have it.

Adcs are broken so they get checked on frequently whereas toplaners that arent tanks are useless and the tank toplaners are unkillable.

Because your post seemingly implied adcs need to farm up to be strong, but they are strong through all stages so thats why so much focus is given.
ADC would have to be toned down a great deal before top lane got the same attention.

What? Do you think everyone likes bot because of the name? I'm saying the whole reason they get attention is their power, if bot lane is weak would anyone give it that much attention?
It's one in the same, I'm not sure how you're trying to separate them.
