Kind of overpowered stuff, considering how he lost only half of his mana pool available for laning for it, ain't it? I mean, it caps at 15 so we have that, but that's still nearly as crazy as Graves lifesteal, isn't it?
I'm glad I gave up playing mages already few patches ago.
junglerboy161 votesIt will definitely be good on him, no question about that, but I doubt it will be overpowered. It will give him more of an edge than most AP champs because he's a drain tank, which means he'll get more mana per second from the other half of the passive than the average mage, but it won't break him.

+Hextexh GLP thingy (the catalyst one) build. Gives him lots of sustain, good durability, helps a TON with mana costs, and still has decent AP.
