I have an idea for a Karthus rework(small scale). Changes are to his E, W, and R.
His Passive and Q are fine, no changes needed.
It might look like a wall of complicated text but most of it is explaining how it works.
W should slow harder but for a shorter time (slow duration decreased, slow increased) no longer reduce resistance but instead cause a debuff that allows Karthus's "soul spells"(everything in his kit besides auto attacks) to ignore a % of bonus magic resist for a few seconds, longèr than slow.
E should no longer be a quick cast. Itll be the same spell but with a 2 or 3 second cooldown(can still turn on then instantly off just has a cd to turn on again)(* but function slightly differently. E now deals ramping damage if enemies STAY IN KARTHUS E. So if I stand in Karthus E for 3 seconds then walk out of it and back into it the ramping damage starts over. Karthus E deals damage 3 times per second. The debuff has a 0.5 second duration but refreshes and increases if hit by his E again. If not it falls off.
His R is the same but different slightly. Instead of hitting the entire enemy team he picks 1 target to deal the damage. It does very high damage but now has a bonus effect of if the spell would kill the enemy champion it will ignore damage immunities(Kayle R, Kindred R, Taric R) but not invulnerabilities(Fizz E, Vlad W, Zhonyas).
If Karthus kills an enemy with R the enemies death animation has their body die but his/her soul go to Karthus causing his dance animation to have the ghosts as the crowd.
