8.10 is going to be horrible for adcs. an absolute nightmare.

It's not that ADCs will get weaker, it's other classes will become stronger, well not all, just certain champions who can abuse the items.

Actually the cost increase for crit items will be a huge nerfs imo, remember that most games are decided in the these early-mid game fights. Yeah adcs are not really nerfed for a full build, but the path is indeed nerfed.

Im happy that ADCs wont be able to control the game anymore... as a mid/toplaner I'm looking forward for this patch lmao

As a bruiser main, no thanks. Other classes will be buffed, and more bursty champs will be played. So I will have a bad time toplane

It still remains a question if the as will activate on ult press or ult finish. Ult press would be realy good on trynda, taric, yi. Ult finish would suck for them and be good for jhin, lucian, mf. Kindred idk what would be better, maybe the finish cause in the ult you can't die so doesn't matter much? wukong would probably also be better if it is after finish.

Considering that riot has every tank item less slot efficient based on stats not passives than any damage item besides support items (which are defensive items even if they have ap on them) the really deserve it.

It is, I believe that Zeal has increased by 100 gold, and all of the upgrades have increased by 200. I think it should be higher but I don't play anymore so I can't give a definite opinion

They have said that they're worried what could come from Duskblade+Stormrazor and are looking into it.

Riot Axes did mention that they are considering disallowing players from purchasing both Stormrazor and Duskblade together.

The biggest winners with the item 3153 buff is Vayne Twitch Varus Ezreal KogMaw MasterYi Tryndamere

Ashe used to build it too, she will benefit from it but it's a minor benefit for her.

Will it make these champs meta or S tier? Not likely.

The IE true damage will NOT convert 20% of Silver Bolts into additional True Damage.

Only critical strikes and as far as I am aware, True Damage can not crit.

I'm aware that True Dmg can't crit, I was only thinking if her silver bolts will deal mire true dmg or not, and you answered me and I'm thankful for it. :)
