Like, actual rageblade users that arent varus all got down by 2~3% wr with the rageblade nerf (kog at 48% from 51 for example).
Yes jhin is still broken with it, but lets not ruin the item further because of 1 champion, just nerf jhin ok? No bias.
Stacona1 votesDepends. If all attack damage builds are being abused then nerf the % AD portion and maybe give more % AP like 3% AD and 5% AP per stack from 4% and 4%. If only Jhin is seen as a problem then Jhin needs a nerf and the item is fine.

okamiyasha951 votesRageblade doesn't need a nerf. If you want to nerf rageblade for its effects, then you can nerf nami, janna, and sona while you're at it. You're talking about items that only work on a handful of champs. The more important issue is why Jhin gets extra AD based on his Attack speed AND Movement Speed ON TOP OF his movement speed he gets from crits. Movement speed from crits I can understand; You need some mobility. Extra AD for Attack Speed I can understand; He shoots slow and you can't increase his attack speed or reload speed like graves so to compensate he gets more damage. But extra AD for movement speed? WTF. That's unreasonable. Now he can just get fleet footwork, AS items, He'll always have getan increase on his movement speed from the crits so that's more AD, and end up dealing more damage than a fed draven with full AD items. God forbid if he gets a support that boosts his movement speed even more and gets ardent censor.
